How do I place an order?
Browse the range, add what you want to the cart and check out. The cart asks for your delivery details, then you pay by card through Stripe or with PayPal.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Every order is a guest checkout, so there is no account to create.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.
What currency are the prices in?
Singapore dollars.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more and a flat $30 below that. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and arrive in 5 to 7 days across Singapore.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you when you pay, and a second email with a tracking number follows once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to change your mind, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. If something arrives faulty or damaged, we put it right at no cost to you.
